Service

Aikvora provides software that helps businesses collect genuine Google reviews at the counter and catch private recovery feedback. The service includes operator tools, optional merchant portal access, and customer-facing review pages.

Acceptable use

• No review gating, incentives, or fabricated reviews.
• No collection of patient or customer personal data through the review flow.
• Merchants must comply with Google review policies and applicable law.

Accounts

Operator access is invitation-only. Merchant portal accounts are created by operator invite. You are responsible for credential security.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during pilot phases.

Liability

The service is provided as-is during pilot. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months where applicable.
