Session analytics

Anonymous counter session rows (ratings, timings, theme codes) are retained for 13 months, then automatically purged. This matches the business need to compare recent-week activity.

Merchant records

Merchant business records and service notes are retained while the merchant relationship is active and for a reasonable period after churn for operational and legal purposes.

Audit log

Operator actions (onboard, status changes, invites) are logged with username, action, merchant id, and timestamp for security review.

Account deletion

Contact rangaswamy1998@gmail.com to request deletion of operator or merchant account data. Anonymous sessions cannot be deleted individually because they are not linked to individuals.
