Who we are

Aikvora provides review-point software for service businesses in India. This policy covers the operator backend, merchant portal, and customer review pages served at our domains.

What we collect

Operator accounts: username, password hash, session cookie.
Merchant business data: signboard name, category, locality, contact details you enter, Google review link, pilot terms.
Counter sessions (anonymous): random session id, merchant tag id, timing events, optional star rating and theme codes. We do not collect patient names, phone numbers, or review draft text.

What we do not collect

No patient or customer PII. No payment card data in this product. No advertising identifiers on the customer review flow.

Why we process data

To operate review points, generate weekly merchant summaries, detect silent counters, and improve the product. Legal basis for merchant/operator data: contract and legitimate interest. Customer session data is anonymous analytics.

Retention

See our Data retention page. Session analytics are purged on a rolling schedule (default 13 months).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Infrastructure providers (hosting, email) process data on our instructions only.

Your rights

Merchants and operators may request access, correction, or deletion of business account data by contacting us. Anonymous session rows cannot be tied to individuals.
